BAG FOR WINDBREAK PARTS

No tracking info received from Coveva or DhL ( although I believe that Dhl updated Coveva but this was not passed on to me.)

No emails or updates to notify me of delivery - the Coveva order update remained at 'On its way' its the same even now.

The Item was left outdoors at the side of the house on a pile of rubbish awaiting collection whilst I was away despite there being a clear sign on the front door asking for parcels to be placed inside.

I had no idea it had been delivered so did not make arrangements for it to be brought in. I have asked Coveva for email proof that I was notified as to when or where my parcel was being delivered. Customer services so far have been less than helpful basically stating they despatched the item so have done tbeir bit. Unsure how they expect customers to know where or when their chosen delivery company have dumped their items. No response to my request for either a refund or replacement so far - hoping tomorrow will bring better communication with a resolution.
