I ordered a couple if spare parts, as the second hand set I had purchased had a few bits missing. Delivery was extremely quick and the customer service team responsive and helpful
So having tried a number of options we stumbled on the Coveva windbreak. As we had a large motorhome we went for the 16.5 metre variant. The item is extremely well put together and using it last weekend for the first time it stood up to some severe wind an rain with no issues. This is a great item and rightfully deserves 5*s.
Bought this for when I’m away at agility shows. Love the security for the dogs and the privacy.
It takes a little while to get used to setting it up but, I’m getting there and it’s worth it
A recent replacement to our dog pen. Delivery was really quick, Construction was easy. Quality feeling materials and looks absolutely great. It has already weathered some tough conditions and stood strong. Well pleased with this purchase and sales process. Would definitely buy Coveva again.

Found it really hard to get the horizontal poles through the pockets under tension. Customer services ignored my questions and didn’t provide any advice. Reverse side of the grey fabric is tacky causing friction. Solved it with some silicone spray on the poles. Stitching was coming apart on one seam when package delivered. Customer services didn’t seem to be able to comprehend this either despite sending photos. Wanted whole system returning rather than sending a replacement panel. I restitched myself rather than sending back as I bought the windbreak to use the following week and I wasn’t confident I’d get a quick resolution. It’s a good system at a good price. Nothing you buy ever seems to be perfect these days unfortunately.
Needed a new 3m panel because after many many years of use, the dogs finally ripped it (I’ve had a few litters of pups use it and many Labradors and spaniels have thrown their full weight at it whilst camping!). Anyway, ordered it and it arrived very very quick (even tho I actually ordered the wrong colour, it was sorted through an email - very good communication and service). Love my windbreaks. They are completely worth the money.
The product is ok needs some work to make it a good product easy enough to assemble if your really strong because the fabric is tight the last pole is difficult to fit in i gashed my finger open trying to for it in. I have some ideas to improve it. Thanks
Order an extra single pole for our Coveva wind break, which we use in a shortened version with a motor home awning to keep dogs from escaping. Very effective system and poles which with stood 45mph winds and rain on site, and dogs in their area. Also very swift delivery
We ordered at start of May expecting 1-3 days delivery but allowing for BH. We did not get any communication and when i rang 10days later was advised container was delayed but expected that week. Another Days later nothing rang again container was delayed but now there but they were behind on orders. It arrived eventually after a month. Instructions are perfect. Product is sturdy but light and great for our dog shows. Being new was a challenge to put together first time needed a rubber mallet but i am told by others it will get easier. Packing away tip was to pull out cross poles one end and fold if have space so we have done that to make next time easier . Also bought screw in pegs and use a drill which was again easier perhaps an option to be considered. Like others i wish bag was slight longer to seal legs inside.
Love the fencing this is our second lot.
Would like double posts to support gates and these don't come as standard. There was also a buckle missing. Otherwise would of been perfect.

Ordered 2 corner windbreaks but only 1 delivered, then had to send lots of photos to prove only 1 had been delivered including photos of the packaging, contents and packaging label which showed parcel weight as being 10 kilos, the weight of one corner unit. Felt like a criminal, despite having purchased prior orders, plus phone calls from the company asking for additional evidence come through as D & T Hand Car Wash
Bought this to add to my 10.5 m windbreak, giving more versatile options for setting up a secure garden for the dogs. As this is an additional purchase, I know that this will withstand strong winds and heavy rain, unlike other brands
Items arrived later than expected due to low stock, would have been nice to be given this information up front rather than having to chase the order . Tracking through Shop app didn’t work due to no tracking number being given.
Haven’t used this yet, but looks good! Fingers crossed it stops the dogs from wandering off or barking at the neighbours. Delivery & communication could be better as our order arrived in 2 separate deliveries on different days which caused concern & confusion

I received this survey before my product even arrived. Windbreak took 2 weeks to arrive when your website states 1-3 days and I had no communication to advise of this delay.
After I chased this down I spoke with a nice lady in the call centre who got the product to me before I go away tomorrow morning however I should have at least received and email advising this so I didn't have to chase this up.
I will put the windbreak up tomorrow when we arrive to test the product however I have seen them up and know the quality is generally good.
3 stars purely for the kind lady and warehouse staff who got this to me on time.
Please work on communicating with your customers when there are part delays. This is a very expensive product and a simple email advising you are short staffed is enough to set people's mind at ease. I thankfully know your products are good due to attending dog shows however someone who did not would worry they had been scammed as your are not a well known company.
The skirt is very flimsy and easy for our dogs to get under even when pegged down as it bags out and the suckers keep falling off the side of the Motorhome. The Windbreak is good quality and durable but the bag containing the metal structure pieces is far too short and not fit for purpose as you cannot close the top and the parts keep falling out.
The enclosure is very stable, good quality and durable but not tall enough for our Rhodesian Ridgebacks who can get over it…5 foot high would be a much more suitable option as we have had to put a 5 foot high windbreak inside of this one
