Still haven’t received the windbreak ….have been informed that some item is out of stock….no communication from coveva about it until I telephoned to find out what the issue was
It was packaged very badly and contacted customer services and they was going to ring me back ? Never did , to resolve the issue??

Brilliant fast delivery. Ordered on Thursday afternoon delivered sat morning. Good quality. Have been using this windbreak for many years around 20 years on our 4th lot of canvases and several replacement plastic ends but was well worth the initial cost
This windbreak is brilliant it keeps our little dogs in when we are camping ,so well made and simple to put up. We wouldn’t be without it..
Poles were damaged on delivery.had to try and make them work as I needed them immediately.delivery time superb. Disappointed with condition of poles!
We needed a secure dog enclosure and this does exactly that, my only grumble and something for corveva to improve on is the lifting hook on the gate, if you pull it up too far its a bugger to get back in the tiny hole.
But very happy with purchase
No tracking info received from Coveva or DhL ( although I believe that Dhl updated Coveva but this was not passed on to me.)
No emails or updates to notify me of delivery - the Coveva order update remained at 'On its way' its the same even now.
The Item was left outdoors at the side of the house on a pile of rubbish awaiting collection whilst I was away despite there being a clear sign on the front door asking for parcels to be placed inside.
I had no idea it had been delivered so did not make arrangements for it to be brought in. I have asked Coveva for email proof that I was notified as to when or where my parcel was being delivered. Customer services so far have been less than helpful basically stating they despatched the item so have done tbeir bit. Unsure how they expect customers to know where or when their chosen delivery company have dumped their items. No response to my request for either a refund or replacement so far - hoping tomorrow will bring better communication with a resolution.
the windbreak is fantastic, BUT why is the bag not long enough to take the supporting legs? This spoils a great product

Once erected it’s a great windbreak which matches our awning.
A really sturdy bit of kit.
An idea baseplate pins could be longer (double the length ) then a washer welded halfway up to hold the panels up higher. So grass can be cut easier under the panels and not damage the cloth. And the hold down straps would need to be made longer
Had our coveva for 7 years plus now but with wear and tear the material needed replacing. Order arrived quickly and everything in it was correct. Great service
Bought this to extend a 9m set up around our tent for our dogs. The set up is easy to assemble and very stable with the props, and worked well with our set up and dogs.
It would be nice if there was a vision -mesh panel option as our dogs like to see out.
Would recommend this product.
Bought as an addition to existing burgundy setup. The colour is more red than burgundy and therefore does not match. Very disappointed.
Hi gate fabric very good quality i just wish that you changed the velcro forv3 or 4 buckle as I find the fabric blows open in the wind the velcro dose not hold
