Two ground plates arrived promptly and with straps and nails, which I hadn't expected.
Been using your windbreaks for years now and this is the 1st time we’ve had an assembly issue. We checked that everything was accounted for, 1 peg was missing, but not a problem. As we’ve used before, didn’t assemble before going on holiday. To assemble we really had to force the horizontal bars into the uprights and on another had to leave the bottom horizontal bar hanging for fear of ripping the cloth if we forced it anymore, certainly not what was expected.
Windbreak was purchased to extend existing one , delivered to a house a mile away and old lady in the house told him next left is our house and his reply was no he is just leaving parcel here ,box ripped open and parts missing
Frogchem replaced parts but no apologies just went on about dhl deliveries are the best of a bad bunch
All in all a poor service
Ordered extra bits for my windbreaks, got a call almost straight away to check my colour options. All parts delivered a few days later. Great service.
We got this for our caravan as we have 4 boarder collies and they are escapists yes it’s not cheap but what a garden it makes the quality is excellent and strong once put together we used it for the 1st time this weekend the weather was nice but windy and it never moved even when the dogs jumped at it I would strongly recommend these if you have dogs and have done this weekend at a flyball comp brilliant service fast delivery quality next to non
I needed an upgrade in my windbreaks as I have one reactive dog and an escape artist and I’m using mine at agility shows
Postage was extremely quick , next day and well packaged with good instructions
Fabric is thick canvas and doesn’t give at all (yet) so takes some manipulation to stretch it into the poles and frame. I’m hoping this gets easier or I get more accomplished in time !
No doubt this is a quality product once up it doesn’t budge and it looks great
We bought the 13.5 metre version for our 8.1 metre motorhome. Absolutely amazing, it goes from the very front to the back corner of the motorhome and is 3 metres wide. It’s stood up to 70 mph winds and didn’t move an inch, not even a peg needed knocking back in. We use it to keep our 4 British Bulldogs in and believe me, it does. It’s very well made, we’ve had it for just short of 2 years and it’s still in excellent condition, we put it up usually for 6 weeks at a time and that’s in the Spanish sun and still no issues. It’s been put away when it’s raining and not got it back out for nearly 8 weeks and nothing, no damage, no smell and ready to go again.
The skirting is so robust and comes with suckers and more pegs again just absolutely brilliant.
Four new nylon straps ordered, £18 total - checkout price £38 ... WHAT?? This is robbery, are you sending parts from China? I'll keep searching elsewhere and make do with a competitors straps when I find them.

Postage was very expensive the Velcro straps are no good to me because they are BLUE I have gray and I know they are only pegs (nails) but for the price I paid two of them were rusty I will be very hesitant to order something else many thanks
A quality product. Well constructed, lovely waterproof fabric. Comes with easy to use instructions and videos. Love the fact that a storage bag is supplied to keep all the parts together. Really pleased I chose this product.
I currently haven’t had chance to use the wind break system yet but I’m due to go away at the end of September where I will be putting it to use then feel free to contact after that time where I can give a fair opinion at that time
We have used the wind break three times on grass it has been faultless it has been used in strong winds and rain with no issues, to put up and take down takes about twenty minutes slightly longer to assemble (rubber mallet essential).It has been a great addition to our set up making life so much easier with our two large setters
